  • Can you help me choose a racket?
    • Our team is always available to assist in choosing the right racket for you according to your play style, preference and budget. You can also use our RACKET ADVISOR tool to help you narrow down your choices.
  • How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
    • The order usually takes 1-3 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
  • Can I amend my order or address after I have placed it?
    • Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your order or the shipping address once it has been placed. We aim to ship all orders as fast as possible so the order is dispatched to the courier in a couple of hours after being received. In case this happens, please contact us ASAP and we will try our best to assist you.
  • The item I want is out of stock, can I still order it?
    • You can order an item if it’s out of stock and we will order it specifically for you but it would take longer than a usual order. Delivery time may vary depending on international shipping, customs, …etc.
